Hitman

Movie couples on the lam are rarely inconspicuous – they tend to favor the sort of wigs that fit as well as Andy Warhol’s – yet few are as laughably ostentatious as the pair in the videogame adaptation Hitman.
Timothy Olyphant (far more riveting on HBO’s “Deadwood”) plays the title character, an assassin bred from childhood to be a killing machine. The nefarious “company” he works for has etched a bar-code tattoo on the back of his bald head, making him as easy to track as a tomato at Dominick’s. As if that weren’t attention-grabbing enough, his female companion for much of the film – a Russian prostitute (Olga Kurylenko) who may know why the hit man’s company has turned against him – walks around in a fur coat and negligee. Let’s just say they don’t blend into the crowd like Jason Bourne.
