In the Name of the King:
A Dungeon Siege Tale

For another video-game adaptation by director Uwe Boll, this isn’t half bad. It’s three quarters bad, at best. An interminable two-hour Lord of the Rings knockoff, this is sort of like watching Lord of the Rings through a smudged television screen. Someone needed to take a rag to the fuzzy special effects. Jason Statham stars, yet more amusing, in a sad sort of way, is the procession of familiar faces desperately seeking screen time or callously cashing paychecks, including Leelee Sobieski, Claire Forlani, Ray Liotta and Burt Reynolds.
