Delta Farce

I realize Dan Whitney’s Larry the Cable Guy act relies on the fact that his character is an idiot, but does that have to mean his jokes must also be so simple-minded? Delta Farce – in which Whitney, Bill Engvall and DJ Qualls play army reservists who are shipped to Iraq, crash en route in the Mexican desert and can’t tell the difference – consists almost exclusively of obvious, witless gags about the witlessness of the three main characters, with a few gay jokes thrown in for variety.
