Hottie and the Nottie, The

The levels of self-delusion on display in this Paris Hilton vanity vehicle are astonishing, including the star’s belief that she can act. Actually, the problem is that she won’t stop acting – while playing “the hottest woman in Los Angeles” and the best friend of the ugliest woman on the planet (Christine Lakin), Hilton performs the same awkward, sexually aggressive routine she pulls for the paparazzi in real life. When she purrs, “I think a life without orgasms is like a world without flowers,” she’s completely unaware that she just delivered the film’s biggest laugh.
