Resident Evil: Apocalypse

A sequel to the 2002 video-game adaptation that was most notable for introducing the concept of the zombie dog, this seems to be based on an entire video-game arcade. It’s so random and haphazard, watching it feels like jumping from one arcade game to the next without ever finishing on any of them. Milla Jovovich returns to star, and though she gets some competition from a female cop who parades around in a shoulder holster, tube top and miniskirt, she still manages to retain the title of most scantily clad action heroine. Making your entrance in nothing but a hand towel will do that for you.
