What was a light-hearted 1978 B movie about ravenous piranha has become a dreary, sadistic chore in the hands of hateful horror specialist Alexandre Aja (High Tension, 2006’s The Hills Have Eyes). This time around, an underwater earthquake has unleashed a horde of ancient, vicious piranha on an Arizona lake just as spring breakers have
